Description
Hello :) My name is Mia. I live in Oregon, but am originally from California. I have a Bachelor's degree in Agroecology and worked for several years (2017-2022) managing a commercial kitchen, while also pursuing my own business endeavors as a personal/private chef. I no longer work in kitchens, but remain passionate about cooking, learning about culinary traditions, and sustainable agricultural practices (biodynamic, organic, no-till, etc.).
In my free time, I enjoy exercising, reading, gardening, and baking. I love to cook for my friends and family. I cook delicious sourdough bread, but my best cooking is of hearty stews and braised meat.

What else ...
As stated, the availability of healthy food (meat, eggs, milk, butter, sourdough bread [I can prepare it], and vegetables) is very important to me.
I also have the possible interest in working 1-2 days on my computer to keep up with my job in the United States, as I have been granted the freedom to work internationally ("digital nomad").
