Hello! I am Maxwell Miller. I am a Brother, son, grandchild, friend, lover, entrepreneur, bartender, student, writer, landscaper, poet, hiker, rock-climber, runner, starseed, painter, listener, dancer, reader, guide, risk-taker, adventurer and traveller!
I am new to workaway. I first heard about it from a friend who spent a month in Spain building a house. I am drawn to workaway, and particularly working as part of a farming community because I value hands-on learning.
My parents raised me by traveling with me. I have been to 30/50 US states, Hawaii being my most favorite, although I am from and live in New York which I also love. I have been to many island nations, Mexico and Canada.
My father is a musician, and he has toured the whole world. My mom is a model, and spent many years living abroad in Vietnam, Australia, and Italy. My little sister has taken initiative of her own and has been to Europe multiple times. And I, I have never been to Europe.
I have travelled alone before, and I have travelled with a partner. I have done lots of volunteer work, particularly for my local food banks, and volunteering in schools.
I am capable and excited to have volunteering be the method in which I travel the world.
It is a symbiotically beneficial relationship, which helps me gain the life experience I so desire.
I love growth, I love ascension and I love being free.

Of the last 3 years I have spent the most time...
in silent meditation,
in being a student of both New Paltz High school and the University of Vermont,
in continuing to love my body, through running; biking; climbing; and lifting,
And practicing self-mastery.
The three endeavors I listed create my cohesive pursuit of self-mastery. And through this learning of self, I know I am capable of rising to meet challenge.
I have experience weed-whacking, mowing lawns, pulling weeds, digging holes, planting crops/flowers. I have experience taking care of animals, sheep, dogs, horses, and chickens. I have spent long hours working in the sun and understand the challenges that come with it.
I am quick to learn new languages, I speak English and have a working knowledge of Spanish.
In my first year of college I completed college level calculus, physics, and I even took an acting class, so I make quite the entertainer.
In group or team projects I am confident in leading, providing direction, or being the spokesperson.
And I am an excellent driver.
