Hi there! 😊 I’m Mattia from Tuscany, a beautiful region in central Italy known for its stunning hills, coastline, and amazing food. The kitchen has been my secret lab since I was a child, so I’m always ready to cook for everyone and taste new local foods. Also, I’m mindful about reducing waste and embracing a sustainable way of living.
