Hello! ¡Hola!
We’re Cami and Ludo, two Italian girls who met on their very first day at university in London and have been inseparable ever since! From traveling across Europe to earning our degrees and starting our first jobs, we've shared an incredible journey.
For years, we’ve dreamt of stepping away from London to travel across South and Central America. As you can see in our connected profiles, we are travelling and looking to volunteer with Sara, one of our best friends from university. We have known each other for 4 years now and have always been extremely close, having already travelled together to many places and experienced many highs and lows. Our goal is to immerse ourselves in new cultures, meet amazing people, and volunteer wherever we can lend a hand. We would love to contribute our energy and enthusiasm to a host kind enough to welcome us!
We plan to explore Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, and Nicaragua for two months before dedicating another two months to a humanitarian mission in the Peruvian Andes.
We are cheerful and energetic and we would love getting involved in all kinds of activities, from gardening and farm work to small manual projects. Plus, with experience in social media and marketing, we’re happy to help promote initiatives and spread the word about great causes. We speak English, Spanish, and Italian fluently, so communication is never a barrier!
We are very excited to discover the beautiful landscapes of Latin America, meet its warm and welcoming people, and immerse ourselves in the rich traditions, cuisine, and different ways to enjoy life!
Cami
I have always been deeply appreciative of nature, outdoor adventures, and human connections. Growing up in a small Italian town surrounded by fields and animals gave me a profound love for the natural world.
When I was 17, I had an experience that completely reshaped my perspective on life and changed my dreams for the future. I traveled to Peru with a humanitarian NGO, spending three months in a remote town at 3,300m above sea level, where I took part in community work (housekeeping, cooking, cleaning) and even had the chance of leading some art classes for local students. I am beyond excited to leave for a journey I have been dreaming of since then!
Ludo
I grew up between Rome and London, two dynamic cities that introduced me to diverse cultures and endless learning opportunities. Yet, over time, I’ve felt a growing pull to step away from city life and reconnect with the part of me that craves adventure, new experiences, and meaningful connections.
A few years ago, I traveled to Costa Rica and was immediately captivated by its breathtaking landscapes and the “pura vida” way of life. That trip left a deep impression on me, and I promised myself that I would return to Latin America, not just to explore, but to learn, contribute, and grow along the way. I am so incredibly excited for this journey!Interests
