I'm 55 years old, from Brazil, and I have a huge passion for traveling, discovering new cultures, and having great conversations! After working for over 30 years in healthcare as a nursing and radiotherapy technician, I’m now retired — which means I finally have the time and freedom to chase one of my biggest dreams: exploring the world in a deeper and more meaningful way.
What got me interested in volunteering was an amazing Euro trip I took, where I spent three months traveling through different cities in Europe. That experience opened my eyes — I realized I didn’t just want to “visit” places, I wanted to live them, connect with locals, learn about different ways of life, and really get involved in the culture. That’s when I found out about work exchange... and I was instantly hooked!
So, what can I help with? A lot of things! I have solid experience taking care of people (kids, elderly), I’m happy to help with household tasks, and I absolutely love animals — big or small, doesn’t matter!
I’m calm, curious, open-minded, and always ready to learn something new. I love being around people, making new friends, sharing stories and laughs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, studying languages, and just chatting and connecting.
