Description

We are Vicente and Constanza, from Chile. Nature lovers since children, feel most comfortable when outside and we are seeking to know new places. Cultural exchanges motivates us a lot, as well as learning languages.

Both quit our jobs and are currently in a gap year in Brazil, trying to connect with conservation and ecological projects around nature, enhancing our creative skills and would like to meet people from other places and cultures :)

We enjoy taking time to observe, being in the present moment and to see things from different perspectives. Something that brings us happiness is being in calm, listen to music and walking barefoot.

We are both photographers and amateur film makers. Constanza prefers capturing nature sorroundings and Vicente landscape architecture. Aside from that, proffesionally Constanza is an educational psychologist, specialized in outdoor education and regenerative projects and Vicente is a landscape arquitect, with experience in community projects.

As an architect, with more than 3 years of experience designing and building public spaces and educational open spaces, I've worked for a NGO focused on participative design, leading various projects on different regions of Chile. As an psychologist consultant, I worked for UNESCO Santiago managing and developing projects in sustainable development and world citizenship areas, and later in an education foundation doing quantitative and qualitative analysis.

We both speak native english and spanish. Since we were little kids we started learning languages. Vicente has a translator mother and a french teacher as a grandmother, which has helped him enjoy learning languages. He learned some portuguese (currently trying to expand that knowledge), and a little bit of italian thanks to some life experiences. Constanza´s mother grew up in USA so has been in touch with the language very early in her life and her dad has roots in spain, so that has made her interested in learning other to languages to nurture that multicultural part of her life.

We love creative activities, from woodworking and artistic expressions as drawing or painting, to film-making, working with plants and holistic-ecological mindfull projects too.

What else ...

We are both passionate ecologists in a gap year, seeking to cultivate our creative skills in contact with nature sourroundings and people from different cultures.

We both come from big families, so naturally we get allong very well with people and children (currently we have a new niece, so we are very happy around babies and in-touch with baby care skills, very open to help with that type of chores if needed).

We love playing board games and goofing around in similar settings, so we naturally like a healthy competition from time to time .
