Hey! I'm from Brazil, currently back in my home country for a short stay before heading out again and getting a chance to learn about all the amazing things you have to offer, hopefully lending a hand to help you achieve your goals as well.
I had a pretty cool experience as a Wwoofer a few years back, taking care of a small permaculture ranch in the New Mexico desert [where I also worked as a cargo pilot] and that motivated me to try Workaway.

I've now had a fair bit of experience here and I've been so lucky with my hosts. For most of these places, I got there planning to stay a few weeks and ended up staying for six months or more. If you prefer a long-term commitment, that will be no problem with me.

My professional life outside of workaway includes classroom teaching, working as a divemaster, and occasionally as a restaurant cook.

I'd say my main goal here is learning skills that will make me more helpful to people in general, regardless of place or context.

I'm a CELTA-qualified English teacher with 10 years of experience tutoring kids and adults. Now, unfortunately, my carpentry and plumbing skills leave a lot to be desired, but I am a very eager and enthusiastic learner and you can count on me to move things around all day long without complaining.

I've been trying to build my boating experience, learning what I can while I work as a divemaster.

Also, for the past year I was working as a line cook in a hotel restaurant, a fun contrast to the slow, almost meditative work as a diver. It was a great way to learn how to keep calm while working under pressure.

Love movies, pretty much any sport, cooking--though I can't vouch for how good I am at it!
Mainly I love talking with other people and learning about their interests, which might then become something new for me to love.
