Hi !! 🤗 My name is Laura, I’m 19 years old and from Germany.I just graduated from high school (Abitur) this year, and now I’m excited to travel and discover the world.🌍I want to explore different countries, learn about new cultures, meet people from all over the world, and gain a lot of experiences. One of my goals is to improve my English or French, and I’m also open to learning completely new languages! I absolutely love traveling especially to places near the sea and the beach. In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga🧘‍♀️, spending time in parks🌳, and I really love hanging out in cozy cafés☕️. I’m also a creative person , I really like crocheting 🧶. What motivates me most are genuine connections with people. I love laughing together with others, and I’m always happy when I can make someone smile or laugh too. That’s what brings me joy and makes every experience more meaningful.☀️

I’m really interested in languages and I find it easy to learn new ones. I think it’s so cool to be able to talk to people in their own language when visiting another country ,it makes the experience so much more personal.☀️ I am fluent in German and my English and French level is around B2. :)

I graduated with both a German and a French high school diploma. My French is quite good, but I would love to improve it, especially by using it in real-life situations with native speakers. I also speak English and can communicate well, but I’m really motivated to keep learning and becoming fluent. I really enjoy speaking different languages while traveling, and I’d be happy to teach others my native language (German).For 11 years, I was an active member of a Rope Skipping club. During that time, I also spent three years working with children aged 6 to 11. I taught them new tricks and helped them through practice, it was a very nice experience and made me realize how much I enjoy working with kids.I also have a younger sister who I often looked after when she was little. We spent a lot of time playing together and singing karaoke, which was always full of laughter and fun. These experiences taught me to be patient, creative, and to bring joy to everyday moments.
More recently, I volunteered for two weeks in the kitchen during a youth trip to Croatia. There, I learned how to work well in a team even during busy times, and I even picked up some cooking skills, which I would love to continue developing.In addition, I worked for 10 months in a supermarket, where I gained experience in teamwork, and handling responsibilities in a busy environment. It taught me to stay organized and always friendly ,even during stressful moments.
