Description
My name is Kasia (informal for Katarzyna) and I am a PhD student with itchy feet currently writing my thesis in Social Anthropology on youth and schooling in Bolivia and Poland. I enjoy travelling, spending time with animals(I have a feline child who I love very dearly), learning languages and nature. After concluding my PhD I hope to work at the intersection of sustainability and education and hope to meet and learn from sustainable communities around the world via WorkAway beforehand.

So far I have focused my career on academic, research, teaching and "pastoral care" skills and have some additional experience in social media content management and creation. However, I am a fast learner and hope to soon gain more hands on work experience especially in permaculture.

At home enjoy cooking vegan meals and having a glass of wine in good company as well as board games and movie nights. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as bicycle trips or trekking and while in larger towns or cities visiting markets, reading in cafes and attending concerts.
