I've always loved to travel and so far I was lucky enough to do it a lot. During my teenage years, I wandered around Europe, discovering new places every summer and winter break.
For me, a big part of travelling is gaining independence. Being part of a German scout group, I got to do most of my travels without adult supervision. Travelling with only young people has taught me to rely on myself and my skills. Living in a group of other teenagers for several weeks, also gained me a lot of practise in communication and problem solving. #

Even though I love travelling in groups and the people I grew up with as a scout are some of my best friends, I feel the need to travel on my own now. To grow as a person and to challenge myself.
I believe that spending time away from home and your usual social circle can teach you a lot about yourself, how people work and how the world works.

The most important part of travelling for me is connecting with the people you meet on the way, other travellers as well as locals.
I love to learn about different cultures and reflect on my own culture and values in the process.

I guess what motivates me is the urge to live my youth to the fullest, make new friends, gain new skills, see the world and grow :)

Looking back on my work experiences, I consider myself a responsible and trustworthy worker. As a cashier i gained experience in customer service and handling money. As a scout leader, I took care of children.
I love working in a team and contributing to a healthy work environment.
Working on a farm for two months, has made me love working outside and I'd like to keep working outside. I also gained basic farming skills, such as harvesting, pruning, packaging , transplanting and washing vegetables.
Still, I take every opportunity to do different Jobs and learn about different industries or lifestyles.
I'm young and figuring my life out and like learning about non-traditional ways to lead a life or hearing from people who made their dreams come true.

This may or may not be helpful but I've been sailing since birth.
Also I grew up watching YouTube tutorials, so I'm also a skilled learner.
