Hola, mi nombre es Ilona y soy estudiante universitaria de Administración de Empresas. Estoy buscando una experiencia en Workaway que sea significativa, donde pueda aportar con responsabilidad y aprender a través de la convivencia y el trabajo diario.

Me considero una persona organizada, adaptable y proactiva. Cuando me comprometo con algo, lo hago en serio: respeto horarios, sigo instrucciones y doy siempre lo mejor de mí. Tengo aptitudes de liderazgo, soy amable y trabajo bien en equipo, pero también sé asumir responsabilidades de forma independiente. Aprendo y me adapto muy rápido a nuevas tareas y entornos.

Tengo una finca y he pasado mucho tiempo allí, especialmente durante la pandemia, lo que me ha permitido adquirir experiencia en trabajo de campo, cuidado de animales y actividades al aire libre, incluyendo el uso de algunas máquinas básicas. Además, sé montar a caballo, ya que practiqué equitación durante toda mi infancia.

Me encantan los animales (mucho 🐾), disfruto compartir con niños y me siento cómoda ayudando en actividades que requieren paciencia, energía y compromiso. Me motiva el intercambio cultural real, aprender nuevas habilidades y formar parte de la rutina y los proyectos del lugar que me reciba, más allá de solo un alojamiento.

Hi! My name is Ilona and I’m a Business Administration university student looking for a meaningful Workaway experience where I can contribute responsibly while learning through daily life and cultural exchange.

I’m an organized, adaptable and proactive person. When I commit to something, I take it seriously: I respect schedules, follow instructions and always do my best. I have leadership skills, I’m friendly, work well in a team, and I’m also comfortable taking responsibility independently. I learn quickly and adapt easily to new tasks and environments.

I have a farm and have spent a lot of time there, especially during the pandemic, which gave me hands-on experience with field work, animal care and outdoor activities, including the use of some basic machinery. I can also ride horses, as I practiced horse riding throughout my childhood.

I truly love animals 🐾 and enjoy spending time with children as well. I feel comfortable helping in activities that require patience, energy and commitment. More than just accommodation, I’m looking for a real cultural exchange, learning new skills and becoming part of the daily routine and projects of my host.

Tengo experiencia apoyando en tareas de organización, limpieza y mantenimiento general. Soy ordenada, responsable y constante en el trabajo diario, incluso en tareas repetitivas.

Cuento con experiencia en trabajo de campo y actividades al aire libre gracias al tiempo que he pasado en mi finca, especialmente durante la pandemia. He participado en el cuidado de animales, labores básicas rurales y el uso de algunas máquinas sencillas, siempre siguiendo indicaciones y normas de seguridad. También sé montar a caballo, ya que practiqué equitación durante toda mi infancia.

Me siento cómoda trabajando con animales y niños, ya que tengo mucha paciencia, empatía y buena disposición. Puedo apoyar en tareas que requieren atención, cuidado y responsabilidad.
