Description

Hello, I’m Elif, a Turkish illustrator and writer currently traveling in India. I have a background in Economics and Cognitive Science, and I work independently on digital and creative projects.

At the moment, my personal focus is on movement practices, especially contact improvisation. I enjoy contributing to movement-based environments and am happy to assist in workshops, help organize events, support creative spaces, or participate in collaborative projects involving arts, dance, flow arts, or bodywork.

Alongside movement, I’m a visual artist working in expressive and intuitive styles. I can support hosts with visual content (posters, simple branding, social media graphics), writing and documentation, tutoring, or helping structure ongoing projects. I’m used to managing my own work so you don't need to be worried about me once I understand the workflow.

I believe in being a good child to mother earth and being a good company to my fellows, that is to say I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and comfortable adapting to different living conditions. I value clear communication, calm environments, and mutual respect.

I’m particularly interested in creative communities, eco-projects, and spaces connected to art or movement.

We love the outdoors and getting out and about and exploring. We love open-minded people who aren't deadly serious about life. We respect others and like to keep our word. Our goal is to get to know local cuisine, culture and everyday life, while being helpful at the same time. Our passions include creating beautiful things, learning languages and trying new foods. We can generaly do pritty much anything exept from some very hard and damanding manual labour.

Rather than just passing through the tourist spots, we like to meet new people, learn new skills and visit some lesser known places as well as experiencing various lifestyles. We enjoy connecting with other human beings in a crowded city as well as connecting with nature.
