My name is Ines Haberkorn but my friends call me by my nickname "Esox". I am 21 years old, grew up in the countrside in Lower Austria but moved to Vienna at the age of 18. One of my biggest passions is traveling and learning about different cultures. I am planning on studying biology starting this fall and would like to explore new areas and countries of the world before I do so. I currently work as a guide at a Nationalpark, as I love working with both people and animals. I am very outgoing and love to meet new people. I hope to gain a lot of experiences and meet a lot of new people during my workaway journies.

Since graduating from a bilingual school I have worked multiple jobs, because I wanted to gain some experience in a lot of different fields. I worked as a fundraiser for Amnesty International, helped with in person analytical surveys at Triconsult Austria, helped out as a Covid-19 “contact tracer” during the height of the pandemic, and currently work as a Nationalpark-Ranger. I also worked as a counselor at summer camps at the Nationalpark and on horse farms while still in school.
