Hello, I'm Elisa, nice to meet you!
I'm very excited to find out where my life adventure will lead me next...
I am a psychology student from Padova (Italy), and I'm in the middle of my path to try to understand what kind of person I want to be in my future, and, most of all, what kind of psychologist I want to be to learn how to be the most helpful to the people that surround me.
I had the chance to live in the Netherlands (Utrecht) and in Spain (Oviedo), and these experiences leveled up my english and spanish speaking skills.
I've been travelling my whole life, discovering places, meeting the most amazing people, having the most heart-warming experiences. The contact with nature is what makes me feel alive the most, because nothing else in our daily (city...) life helps us more to get to know ourselves and to embrace the person that we are. I love practicing yoga, I love running, I love swimming, I love meditating, I love camping in the wildest places, basically I love everything that keeps me outside.

This is the main thing that motivated me for joining the Workaway Community: I am looking for an experience to learn new skills, to meet new people, to see new places, and I think I'm looking in the right place :)

I'm pretty confident with my english, since I've been practicing it during my whole life (various exchange experiences in the UK, 6 months in the Netherlands, ...). I speak spanish as well: when I was living in Spain I would love speaking it all day everyday, I would also study in spanish, and since I moved back to Italy I've been looking for any possibility to practice my language skills!

I'm a very active and energic person, I can't remain seated in one place for long, and I'm always happy to help out. I am really good at interacting and work together even with people I don't know, because of my social and positive attitude (at least, this is what the people around me have always been saying about me...). I have always been a dog sitter, since I love dogs and any kind of animals. I've always been a waitress too, but I'm not sure if this information can be useful to someone hahah. Also, I've always been helping my dad around with the house work, and done the stuff in my flat by myself: I'm a good listener and I'm a quick learner! Prove me out :)

I love walking around taking pictures with my beloved film camera, I'm used to share the flat with other people, I'm used to camping and rough sleeping :)
