Hi! We're Deborah(28) and Marwin(30). We live together in the middle of the Nederlands. Close to woods, where we love to walk or run. Being outdoors makes us both happy. Our favourite holidays are also in the mountains. Skiing or hiking in the summer. Currently Deborah has two jobs, one in communications and she is also an interior designer. She hopes to work full-time as a designer soon.
Marwin is currently working for an Institute of the government called UWV, which executes the social benefit to the unemployed and supports them in finding new work. He is responsible for the interpretation of the data behind the services and clients.

We love Italy, like a lot. So it is our standard destination for the summer. We would like to stay there much longer in the future, that is also the reason why we are searching through workaway now. Deborah's brother works on a regenerative farm as the manager. So last year we have gained some experience in working outside on the farm in different circumstances. We both enjoy this and we're still helping once in a while.

In our spare time we like to spend time with friends and family. We both have a big family, Deborah is an aunt to 11 kids and Marwin an uncle to 8. Deborah reads a lot of books, we both enjoy playing boardgames (very competitive) and she likes to DIY at home sometimes. Marwin plays a lot of football, he started when he was young. Nowadays he also likes hiking and swimming.

More details about your skills

- I have a little bit of experience on a regenerative farm. Picking berries, remove weed, harvesting asparagus, things like that.
- I speak Dutch, English, a little German and I'm currently learning Italian (still a beginner)
- I'm an interior designer. So love to think about decoration homes, but I'm just as happy to decorate a table. Also really like to paint walls. I can do easy chores in and around the house, with a little explanation I'm quite capable to do maintenance work.
- I've studied communication. And for work I write, do social media and work with Wordpress.
- I'm used to working. Always helping at home at my parents bakery and started working at the store at 13 in the weekend. So I'm used to wake up early..
