After an incredible 2 months in Kenya, immersing myself in the local culture and interacting positively with many international travellers, I am excited to return back to Africa in January!
Description
I love stepping out of my comfort zone in search for new experiences and adventures!
As a result, I decided to take a gap year so that I could have some time to learn more about new cultures and ways of life. This is what makes me happiest!Interests

Having recently completed my A Levels, I am keen on travelling and experiencing different cultures that I have not had the chance to interact with so far during my studies.
That said, in my gap year, I am open to many opportunities which allow for cultural exchange and lots of fun!
I have some small experience in farming and gardening - hoping to learn and build upon this.
My main interests include social justice (female empowerment), animals and the environment. That said, I am able to offer my social skills and teamwork skills when it comes to learning how to engage in different tasks and, where necessary, promoting positive causes that I may get involved with. I am always open to learning something new, and will be quite resilient in doing so!
I look forward to getting to know different hosts and seeing what is out there to explore this year!Age

The hostel is ideally located and you can walk and be at the beach in under 10 minutes and transport is available so you can access all of Diani really easily from… read more
