Hey!
My name is Catherine, I’m 24 years old and from Canada (Montréal). I’ve just finished my Bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing & entrepreneurship), and before starting the next chapter of my life, I’m excited to take some time to travel in New Zealand, go back to Australia and finish my trip in Asia.
I’m a very active and outdoorsy person — I love hiking, trail running, cycling, yoga, and being surrounded by nature. I’m always happy to help with outdoor tasks, gardening, or any projects that require energy and enthusiasm. I’m also a big animal lover (I've always had dogs at my parents house) and would be glad to take care of pets or help on a farm!!! I really enjoy cooking! I love preparing healthy, tasty meals and experimenting in the kitchen.
I would describe myself as easy-going, calm, curious, reliable, and flexible. I love meeting new people, sharing stories, and I also enjoy quiet moments in nature. I am very ambitious and always looking for a new project.
I love solo traveling! I consider myself an independent person, and I enjoy the freedom and self-discovery that come with traveling on my own. My very first solo trip was a 6-month adventure in Australia (when I was 18 years old), an experience that shaped me and gave me the confidence to keep exploring the world. After that, I traveled through Central America, discovering amazing cultures and people along the way.
I also had the chance to do a student exchange in France, which allowed me to travel around Europe — Switzerland, Ireland, and London.
