Hi! My name is Federico, but everybody calls me Bollesio 😄
I am 30 years old and I am from a little village in Tuscany, Italy, where I have always lived. I currently live alone in my apartment, but my family lives in the countryside and I help them with the animals and gardening.
I am a sunny, reliable, and punctual person. I like to dedicate my time to the well-being of others. I am responsible for my cultural association, which promotes events and festivals in my area.
I love music and festivals (especially organizing them), but also technology and video games. Likewise, I love adventures, being outdoors, and working with my hands.

Curious, creative, and pragmatic. That's how I like to describe myself. Curiosity has helped me open my eyes to many jobs because I like to learn how to do everything. For example, I fixed, painted, and furnished my grandma's house, where I live now.
Creativity, on the other hand, needs to be cultivated. I try to stay up to date, read the news, and find new creative ways of communication. I enjoy creating graphics, editing videos, painting, and dabbling with music.
If there's a problem, a solution must be found! That's why I define myself as pragmatic. Sometimes the best solutions are the easiest ones, and I want to be able to solve them in the shortest time possible. Making decisions for a team is difficult. Thanks to my experience in festivals, where I've been a volunteer for many years (or 'all my life' if literally true), I've understood how to manage different teams and how to make things work during times of stress.
For the past 5 years, I've worked as a Graphic Design teacher and managed my association's club. If we go back in time, I've had many jobs, precisely because I am a curious person. In some cases, I did them as a volunteer and had to learn autonomously: I was a plumber's assistant with my father, a cook's helper (I love cooking), a gardener, a barman, a photographer, a video editor, a receptionist, a graphic designer, a social media manager, and a DJ (yes, I love to dance and play good music!). In short, I know how to handle myself in many different fields 😁😁😁
