Hello, I'm Angelika (Ange). I'm a New Zealander with Polish origins. I've had a very beautiful upbringing in New Zealand, and hold it close to my heart as I experience my 30's living in Europe.

The past 3 years I have lived in a meditation center in the Austrian Alps where I was absorbing buddhist philosophy, and offered my digital skills in e-commerce as an exchange.

I was raised in a city and worked as a graphic designer for various arts and fashion projects, but was driven to search for an even more productive way of living that affects the environment less and less, and benefits peoples wellbeing more and more!

I'm particularly interested in what it takes to build a sustainable off-grid life, and prefer to learn by doing. I'd like to experience what it takes to build this kind of life from scratch, but also what it takes to maintain it.

I am a smart and logical person, which I find applies towards any skills. I like fixing and building things, working with my hands, and also with my mind. I'm good at technology and enjoy building websites. I have studied and worked in creative fields (graphic design, fashion, architecture, art, publishing), so I apply creativity to everything I do. I have worked on a vineyard in the past and found it wonderfully rewarding to be working outdoors, and to feel physically exhausted at the end of the day. I have also worked customer service and hospitality for many years and believe it is my most valuable skill! It teaches you so much about people, and communication and rapport. There is so much to gain by interacting with people of all types.
