In general I am a very curious soul who loves learning. I have a great appreciation for nature, I enjoy hiking, swimming, yoga, reading, sports, gardening, cooking, and creating.

Hello, I'm Annika or you can call me Anni :), a 21-year-old adventurer with a passion for cultural exchange and learning. Originally from grand haven Michigan.
I've already had the opportunity to Aupair in Spain, where I embraced new experiences and broadened my horizons. My time abroad instilled in me a deep appreciation for different cultures and a desire to continue expanding my education.
I have solo traveled to Morocco, and La Palma where I did my first Workaway on a sustainable farm, which was a beautiful educating experience.
I have traveled to 5 different countries in including in South America, Europe, and North Africa, and very passionate on growing my list and making a positive impact on wherever I go.
With a strong background of experience in hospitality, childcare, gardening, cooking, yoga, reiki, and taking on new tasks and skills. I am very passionate about natural healing and would love to keep expanding my knowledge on what nature provides us. I'm excited to bring my unique perspective and enthusiasm to new opportunities.

My father is from Mexico but growing up we didn’t speak Spanish at home because my mother didn’t. I also spent 8 months in Seville, Spain where I was able to practice and improve my Spanish earning a B1 certification and began B2 but not yet certified. My primary language is English and would love to help others learn or practice it!

Some of my skills include cooking, yoga, I have some knowledge of farming/planting I would love to extend, hospitality, and being able to adapt in any situation I would say is a very good skill of mine 😊 I love learning and would like to lengthen my skills list. I am a very patient person and also quick learner!

I am a very family oriented person, If I’m not away or at work that’s where most of my time is spent is with family. I absolutely love animals, children, and nature. I really enjoy board games, nature walks, reading, climbing trees, being hands on and meeting new people and learning new skills.
