Hello, my name is Lisa :)

I have done Workaway experiences on an organic farm, in a Buddhist retreat center, and in a beach house in Spain.

About me: I am an open-minded, warm-hearted, creative, and social person.

I am an Ayurvedic hormone coach for women’s health and a yoga teacher. While traveling, I would love to gain more experience in yoga and alternative healing methods and also share my knowledge. Before working in yoga, I spent several years as a project and construction manager.

In my free time, I love practicing yoga, being creative like painting or doing crafts, and I love dancing. I also enjoy social evenings with kind and lovely people (and a glass of wine ;))

I speak German and English.
