Hi, I'm Yumi!
I grew up in Germany and am half Japanese. I would love to improve my Japanese and get to know the culture better by spending some time living in Japan.
I just finished school this year and would like to gain some experience before starting my university studies.
I really enjoy being outdoors — whether it’s going for a walk, riding my bike, or simply relaxing in nature. Ever since I was little, I’ve loved being active and trying different kinds of sports, like gymnastics, juggling, and yoga.
I’m also very curious when it comes to food and cultures — I enjoy trying new dishes and learning about different ways of life.

For more than 10 years, I’ve been enjoying acrobatics and artistic movement.
For the past 4 years, I’ve been working as an artistic trainer for children and teenagers between the ages of 5 and 19. I’ve also organized and led workshops for kids who were interested to try out acrobatics.
In addition, I’ve offered private tutoring in math for 7th grade students. Thanks to these experiences, I’ve learned how to work well with children and young people of different ages and personalities.
