Description
We are a Chilean/Dutch marine biologist couple currently traveling Europe! In order to spend more time together - and not on opposite sides of the world - we are now (finally!) living together and working online from our lovely old camper (Tata) that we tried to refurbish as much as we could in the past three months. Nico is a Chilean scientific diver and has grown up in a very hands-on family where everybody chipped in working on cars, houses, irrigation systems, etc. He built the electric system in our camper from scratch and knows his way around many tools. He is great at improvising! I (Ylvi) have a degree in Coastal and Marine Management and love working with my hands, either on detailed creative art projects like painting, macrame, crochet or bigger projects such as building sheds or working in the garden. Now that we have started our journey, we are excited to meet new people, live outside as much as possible and spend the summer learning new things and enjoy exploring new places. We both love the outdoors and look forward to all the new experiences we hope Workaway will bring us this year!
