I am a free lance translator and interpreter (German, English, French, Portuguese) and what makes me happy is to meet people from other cultures who are interested in EXCHANGE. I am deeply convinced that the world of today only has a chance to survive if people behave like human beings again. It is more important than ever to learn, to exchange knowledge, to share, to be in solidarity and respecting each other. Travelling educates. New experiences make people happy. It makes me happy to taste new flavours, to discover the cuisine of the other country and to learn how to prepare it. II love to learn and I am interested in EVERYTHING. From restoring houses, building wells, building walls, installing pump systems, creating an auto-sustainable life, creating a permaculture garden, learning to play a new instrument etc, there is nothing what I did not want to do and learn. And of course I am interested in the language of the other country.The contact with different people and cultures is and stays for me the most fascinating thing on earth :-) I am a very sociable person and able to adapt everywhere and to deal easily with different situations. Also, I learn fast, because I am quite curious.

I have been working as a freelance interpreter and translator in German (mother tongue), French and English since 2009. I like working with all kind of people.
I am open to everything and learn quickly.
In the last two years I discovered and practiced permaculture and biodynamics in Portugal. I love plants and seeding and cultivating. I have a great network in Portugal and France with people making permaculture. We are all connected and my device is that we need to make it without any borders. We have all to connect and share our skills to save our products against the GMO-giants like Monsanto, Syngenta, Dupont etc.
Environment and political events around the world are also close to my heart. I was actively involved in an anti-fracking campaign in Portugal during 2 years. I invested 70% of my time for this out of conviction.
This was particularly interesting because it was about getting people from a different culture to act and rethink. We informed people locally in town halls and schools, we went from house to house and talked to people and explained what was coming. We created networks. We motivated people to want to do something for their country themselves. And we won the campaign. They never started to frack Portugal.
I love children as well. I have no formation to work with them but I have a great connection with them. So playing and teaching them things is no problem for me. I can care for them without any problem.
