Hi,
I'm Sonja, I'm 20 years old and I love meeting people from all around the world, getting to know new cultures, learn new things, explore new places and learn new languages. This is why I want to do work and travel for the next year :))
I enjoy doing sports like horseback riding, hiking, swimming, dancing, skiing and surfing.
Besides sports, I really like music. I play the violin, but I also enjoy singing or just listening to different kinds of music.
I also love doing creative activities like drawing or crafting with paper.
I grew up in a joyful and lively family with three siblings, which gave me a lot of experience in helping with the household and babysitting.
German is my mother tongue and I'm very comfortable speaking English and Spanish. I studied French at school and can communicate in it at a basic level.
I enjoy working with horses, helping with gardening or in the household and working with kids.
In the past years I did different tasks at my stables, eg. feeding horses, training horses, giving horseback riding lessons, cleaning the stables.
I also worked as a tutor, where I helped children to learn English, Spanish and French and I worked as a coach for my swimming club as well as a swimming instructor in a hotel in Greece.

Soy Sonja, tengo 20 años y me encanta conocer a gente de todo el mundo, conocer nuevas culturas, aprender cosas nuevas, explorar nuevos lugares y aprender nuevos idiomas. Por eso me gustaría hacer “work and travel” durante el próximo año :))
Disfruto hacer deportes como montar a caballo, hacer senderismo, nadar, bailar, esquiar y surfear.
Además de los deportes, me gusta mucho la música. Toco el violín, pero también disfruto cantar o simplemente escuchar a diferentes tipos de música.
También me encanta realizar actividades creativas como dibujar o hacer trabajos manuales.
Crecí en una familia alegre y animada con tres hermanos, lo que me dio mucha experiencia ayudando con las tareas del hogar y cuidando niños.
El alemán es mi lengua materna y me siento muy cómoda hablando inglés y español. Estudié francés en la escuela y puedo comunicarme en él a un nivel básico.
Disfruto trabar con caballos, ayudar con la jardinería o en las tareas del hogar y trabajar con niños.
En los últimos años realicé diferentes tareas en mis establos, por ejemplo, alimentar a los caballos, entrenarlos, dar clases de equitación y limpiar los establos.
También trabajé como tutor, ayudando a niños a aprender inglés, español y francés, y como entrenador para mi club de natación, así como instructor de natación en un hotel en Grecia.

I am a creative person who enjoys activities like drawing, designing, crafting or sewing.
I love to cook and bake and try new recepies or even create new meals by myself.
I enjoy learning new languages but also teaching them. German is my mother tongue, additionally, I speak English, Spanish and French. Working as a tutor I gained experience teaching these languages to children and teenagers.

Me encanta cocinar y hornear, probar nuevas recetas o incluso crear nuevas comidas yo misma.
Disfruto aprender nuevos idiomas, pero también enseñarlos. El alemán es mi lengua materna, además, hablo inglés, español y francés. Trabajando como tutora, adquirí experiencia enseñando estos idiomas a niños y adolescentes.
Disfruto practicar deportes como montar a caballo, senderismo, natación, baile, esquí y surf.
Tengo muchos años de experiencia trabajando en establos de caballos, donde realicé tareas como alimentar a los caballos, entrenarlos, dar clases de equitación y limpiar los establos.
