  • More details about your skills

I have extensive experience working with young people from diverse backgrounds. From 2021 to 2023, I served as a mental health worker in the Australian Child Safety Sector. I collaborated with young individuals with traumatic backgrounds to help reintegrate and engage them back into society.

From June to October 2023, I demonstrated adaptability and a willingness to embrace new challenges during my internship in Colombia as an English Language Supervisor with the Marina Orth Foundation (MOF).In this role, I built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional organizations, conducted on-site assessments of various MOF programs in rural Colombia, reviewed program performance, identified opportunities for improvement, and analysed program reports. I also demonstrated strong writing skills by researching and preparing a report identifying key challenges, opportunities, and recommendations to improve MOF's English Language Program to better serve disadvantaged groups in Colombia and ensure its alignment with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
