What really motivates me is the opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds, learn new skills, and immerse myself in different ways of life. I find a lot of joy in helping others, whether it’s through hands-on work, creative collaboration, or simply sharing stories over a meal.

I’m happiest when I feel part of a community and when I’m contributing to something meaningful—whether that’s caring for animals, working in a garden, or helping build or improve a space. I love learning, especially through real-life experiences, and I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone because that’s where the most growth happens.

The simple things bring me the most happiness: good conversations, being outdoors, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose. That’s what draws me to Workaway—the chance to exchange cultures, support each other, and enjoy life’s little moments along the way.

Hi there!

I'm a reliable, adaptable and curious individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Over the years I've gained a range of skills through both professional experience and hands-on volunteering.
I enjoy working with people and animals from diverse backgrounds, learning new things and making a meaningful contribution wherever I go.

I have experience in costumer-facing roles, including reception, waitressing, petsitting, landscape architecture projects design, planning and construction management, property management, professional driving, tour guide, management and design and general guests support. Also in plant ID, painting and drawing techniques.

I'm fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish and I communicate clearly and respectfully. I work well in teams and can also manage tasks independently.

Also tech-savvy and can help with social media, website updates, photography or graphic design if needed.

I've worked with children in both educational and recreational settings and feel comfortable helping with homework, organizing activities or just keeping kids entertained.

Love everything to do with nature and animals. Dogs and horses is what I have more experience with.

I value cultural exchange and always try to leave a place better than I found it. I'm respectful of house rules and privacy and I truly appreciate the opportunity to contribute and connect with people through these experiences!

Outside of work and volunteering I love exploring new cultures, connecting with people and learning through hands-on experiences. In my free time you will often find me:

. Being outdoors - whether it's hiking, cycling, camping, swimming or just a walk in nature. I feel most at peace when I'm outside and active

. Creative hobbies - I dabble in photography and sometimes sketching or painting when inspiration hits

. Language and culture - I love learning languages and engaging in cultural exchanges. It's amazing how much we can learn from one another

I also really enjoy helping with group activities, community events or just having good conversations over tea or a campfire. I'm calm, flexible presence and always open to new experiences.
