I'm Rika, a 25-year-old German university student majoring in Primary Education (German and English). Before I graduate, I want to go abroad for a few months! I'm excited to gain work and life experience abroad, and I'm open-minded to all kinds of opportunities.

I have a background in education and experience working with children, as I’ve worked as a primary school teacher. I'm studying German and English and can teach either of those languages. Generally, I’m very organized, reliable, and motivated, and I always bring a positive attitude to my work.
What I enjoy most is interacting with people — whether welcoming guests, having a great conversation, or helping create a warm and friendly environment. I’m very open-minded and communicative and love being part of a team. New cultures, new people, and new languages inspire me — that’s why I want to spend time abroad and contribute wherever possible.
I also have plenty of experience with everyday household tasks and enjoy keeping things clean and organized. Whether it’s cleaning rooms, doing laundry, helping in the kitchen, or taking care of shared spaces. I'm always happy to help around the house. Plus, I have some experience with house sitting as I've done it for a few friends already.
Furthermore, I love pets and all sorts of animals! I currently have a dog, and as child, I also had bearded dragons - I loved those geckos dearly. So, I do have knowledge in animal care.
Additionally, I also have a creative side – I love painting and drawing, and I enjoy bringing artistic ideas to life. Whether it’s decorating spaces, creating signs or posters, or doing arts and crafts with others, I’m always excited to contribute in a fun and creative way. I've been drawing my whole life and have also sold some commissioned paintings!

I had such a great time with them and also a lot of free time to explore the area myself. They showed me so many nice places, we went on hikes, I got to play pickleball and other games with the boys and overall I had a lot of fun.
