Hi everyone! I’m Raquel and I’m 31 years old :)

Nature brings me more happiness and joy than anything else does. Being around and spending time with good people gives me the best energy
I love the ocean, I love the countryside and I love animals!

I quit my job in the financial area last year and right now I want to go after all the beautiful and good things the world has to offer. I want to explore and to live fully! Taking some “gap time” to travel and meet people

I absolutely love animals and taking care of them, the same goes for plants!
I have grown up in my grandmother's garden, helping hertaking care of it, and I’ve been around animals all my life

I live by myself so I know how to take care of a home, and I like to keep things clean and neat

I have 2 younger sisters and I used to supervise a team in my old job, so I know about responsibility, self-reliance and organisation. But at the same time I consider myself a very light and easy going person :)

I love to learn new skills, especially practical skills. And I really like DIY projects
I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty! I’ll do what needs to be done and learn as much as I can from it

I have also worked part time in my friend’s kindergarten which made me very comfortable around kids

Some random facts about me!

- I absolutely love cinema! I spend most of my free time watching movies, this year I already watched +200

- I love to travel and seeing the world and its people, and I often travel alone

- I have done swimming for 10 years and horse riding for a couple years, but nowadays I’m not a huge sports person

- one of my favourite things to do is being with people! Talking and sharing and playing games and making memories. Friends and family time is super important to me. But don’t get me wrong - I still very much enjoy my “me” times :)

- I have a 3 year old goddaughter and I love spending time with her

- I make candles, and I sometimes do small painting and clay projects

- I’m one of Beyoncé’s biggest fans

- I’ve done volunteer work in both Portugal and abroad
