Hello :)
My names Rachel and I am looking for work aways in Costa Rica/Panama between mid December - mid March. I'm looking for opportunities involving horses/animals and beach/sea/adventure activities.
I am forever in love with the sea, love
nature, being outside, being active, going on new adventures and spending time with animals.
I can speak English (native) and a little basic Spanish, just enough to get by.
I would love to improve my Spanish and am happy to help with English.
I work as a gardener, I'm a hard worker, and am fit and active.
I can ride horses (more than 20 years experience), I skateboard, I love snorkelling, music, dancing, learning about other cultures and play drums.
I'd describe myself as equal parts adventurous and chilled. I love meeting new people and am social but enjoy spending time alone and respect others right to space aswell.Interests

More details about your skills
I'm great with animals - I enjoy looking after them for friends when they are away on holiday. I used to work in a conservation centre for British Wildlife and have experience looking after a wide variety of different animals from horses, cows, pigs, sheep and chickens to reptiles, cats, dogs, rodents and so on. I'm experienced with horse riding and care, I started riding approximately 25 years ago and we had a family horse.
I've worked in the events, leisure and hospitality industry and am good at talking to people from all different walks of life. I can lead groups of people whilst making sure everyone is happy, safe, feels involved and is having a great time :)
I believe in treating everyone, animals and humans, with compassion and respect.
I work as a landscape gardener and have good knowledge of plants and small scale organic food production. I'm a very practical person and know to use a wide range of tools - I completed a Carpentry Qualification in College although this was a long time ago. I have experience with land management/maintenance. I have worked lots of odd jobs such as painting/decorating and fencing.
Im a musician, I play drums, and have several albums recorded!
I'm very hardworking and love to get stuck in on a project - I'm quick to learn, follow instructions well and happy to turn my hand to most things :) I'm also very reliable, turn up when I say I will and stick to my word!Age
