I have a qualification as a sports trainer and have competed in fitness competitions, so I’m experienced in strength training and nutrition management. I’d love to train or go for a run together🏋️✨

I also love kids and animals, so I’d be happy to help out with anything needed. I have a lot of stamina and am good at carrying heavy things. Plus, I can handle housework and cleaning without any trouble.
