    Other things I've done:

TEFL classroom teacher in Boca de Tomatlan, Jalisco, Mexico for several weeks at the local primeria, which is akin to US elementary school. Boca is a lovely little fishing village just south of Puerta Vallarta.

I spent five months in the gorgeous southern state of Chiapas, Mexico. There, I lived and worked in the town of San Cristobal de las Casas, a Pueblo Magico. I managed a small boutique style hostel managing reception, helping guest plan tours, organizing group meals and parties, keeping inventory of supplies, ensured timely water delivery and laundry services. I organized AirBnb special events, and I helped to fix a hot water heater.

I spent three months exploring the villages around Lake Atitlan in Guatemala as a freelance web designer using WordPress for a yoga school. I also helped with marketing, social media, and copywriting.

Fundraiser, organizer, and inventory control at an organic bee farm in Quebec Canada where I lived in a yurt in the backyard behind the main farmhouse. I created and managed a highly successful Go Fund Me campaign for the farm, raising nearly $20,000 Canadian dollars to help them replace the bees and equipment they lost last season. In addition to the fundraiser, I also assisted with the inventory of the bee products in the boutique, as well as inputting the data into their WordPress site in French. Other tasks included applying labels to a variety of farm made organic bee based products for sale in the boutique and online, as well as helping to cook in their amazing kitchen.

Property Manager of vacation cottage rentals and personal assistant to the owner, Kona, Hawaii. I assisted with emails, banking, reservations, customer service, and web design.I occasionally performed specialty cooking in the private home. I helped to oversee and manage the housekeeping crew for the vacation cottages.

English Teacher inside Mae Ra Mo refugee camp on the border of Burma and northern Thailand with PROJECT KARE. I taught English at the high school and junior college level for Karen refugees at the camp. I lived and worked with on site for two weeks, which was an incredible experience.

I traveled around Thailand and walked the Friendship Bridge across to Cambodia and explored Siem Reap.

I worked in San Juan, Puerto Rico at two very different hostels. One was in the touristy district of Condado and the other was in the local neighborhood of Santurce. Both jobs were fast-paced and exciting, but I really loved the hostel in local quarter.

I lived and worked on the island of Maui and I managed a farm stand on the famous Road to Hana. The job was originally for six weeks, but the owners and I got along so well, it turned into a year long experience that I'll never forget!

I planted Moringa trees on the western/local side of the island of Oahu in Hawaii via WWOOF-ing.

Personal Assistant to the owner of a sailing and yacht club in the Florida Keys. I was part of an international marketing and Skype team designed to increase tourism to the islands.

Experienced professional house and pet sitter with excellent references.

Apprentice to a lady falconer in Minnesota. One of my profile pictures me with a Harris Hawk on my arm. She taught me how to fly hawks! What an amazing experience.

I traveled and lived all across the the US Mainland. I worked with with llamas, alpacas, chickens, ducks, goats, cows, and sheep. Another job I loved in the US was living and working at the Blind Cat Sanctuary.
