We're Marta and Paulina. Both 20. We want to experience each day and find happiness in even the smallest moments. The world is our playground, and we love how travel constantly challenges us to adapt, learn, and grow. We’re convinced that kindness comes back around, that’s why we'd love to share our energy by volunteering.

🌞| We're positive and open-minded towards the world and people. Spending time in nature and with animals brings us joy, as does the tranquility and silence, but we also thrive in group settings with people. Our creativity knows no limits, and we enjoy actively participating in various projects, injecting new ideas with attention to detail. While we love having fun, we can be serious when necessary. Embracing new challenges and stepping out of our comfort zone doesn't scare us. Both of us quickly pick up new skills and approach every setback with optimism. We're excited about the opportunity to help you with your project!

✈️| Together, we've explored many countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Spain, and more. We’ve already completed two fantastic volunteer experiences in Thailand. We worked on a farm and led creative workshops and English lessons for kids. Along the way, we've met wonderful people, experienced amazing things, and seen beautiful places. Our passion for travel keeps growing – we want to discover, experience, and learn even more. Each journey teaches us valuable lessons, introducing us to new cultures, cuisines, helping us develop new skills, and getting to know ourselves better.

☀️ | We have experience in various types of work.

🏝️ | HOTEL / RESTAURANT/ BAR
- We worked at a beachfront hotel bar. Our responsibilities included serving guests, preparing drinks, assisting in the kitchen, and, of course, maintaining a great atmosphere. We love being around people and sharing our positive energy with them.

🛎️ HOTEL RECEPTION / GUESTS
-We worked also at a hotel reception, welcoming guests and making sure everything was in order to ensure their comfort during their stay.

🌷 | GARDENING/ FARMING
- We worked in gardening in the Netherlands, involved in flower processing. It was our first job abroad, and we completely fell in love with Dutch nature, kind-hearted people, and farm life surrounded by nature and animals.

👩‍👧‍👦 | CHILD CARE
- Have experience taking care of many children in our families and spending quality time together. Also looked after the young children of our parents’ friends. This experience showed us how much we can learn from kids and how important it is
to experience the childlike joy in each day of life.

👩🏼‍🎓 | EDUCATION
We graduated from Grudziądz's (Poland) 1st High School this year. We've just successfully completed our final exams, and currently, we're immersed in the world of Digital Marketing. One of us has undertaken an intensive 8-week training program in E-marketing with Google and also pursued a course in Inbound marketing and e-commerce conducted in English.

👩🏼‍💻📲 | MARKETING
This makes Paulina certified Digital Marketing Specialists. We’re constantly improving our skills in this area.

💡| EVENT ORGANIZATION
We've organized several events. In high school, we were involved in arranging various activities like concerts, fundraisers, and more. On our own, we put together a themed event for 90 people. We took care of every detail, from decorations and food to music.

🌍 Can’t wait for the new experiences we’ll gain through work-exchange opportunities by WORKAWAY ❣️
