I love learning about new cultures through food, art, architecture, and simply just roaming the streets and stumbling into people/places. I tend to travel slow, & long train rides are my favorite!

Hi! I'm Olivia, a 25 year old from the US. My love for travel has officially outgrown my 9-5, so I've quit my job as a Design & Innovation Engineer to explore the world and see where life takes me. Although I'm an engineer by trade, I've dedicated a lot of time post-grad to art (urban sketching, digital illustration, wandering museums till they kick me out), outdoor adventuring, and music. Any chance I get to meet new people, try new things, and step outside of my comfort zone, I take it. But above all, I'm obsessed with traveling. And thats why I'm here! To take my main passion seriously, blog a little, and have a break from corporate life.

I have a mechanical engineering background and can help with technical things like building/assembling, modeling, project management, and sustainability improvements. I've worked in non-profit organizations and know how to help with program structure, event planning, marketing & social media, community engagement, and budgeting. Some other random skills I've picked up over time are mural painting, childcare (nannied for about 4 years), animal care, gardening, and hosting (concert MC for 2 years). Always open to learning new things along the way!
