Description

Hi! I'm planning to visit Europe from April to May 2024.

I would like to discover new cultures and to meet people from all over the world. I am a sociable, hard-worker, and curios person. Also, highly adaptable. I love working with people directly.

My major was international politics/economics, and I am interested in social issues such as food crisis, sustainability, etc.
In my free time, I like to spend time outside, watching movies/musicals, reading.

I have worked as a global marketer in a big Japanese company after my graduate, but started to think I want to involve in International cooperation. So I decided to change my career from next June. Before starting my new job, I'm eager to dedicate my time to volunteering through Workaway.

Most of my experience is related office work (have worked in a Japanese company and experienced global marketing research/ worked as an assistant director for international news program), but I´m capable of learning and willing to learn new things :)
During university years, I worked at a research company and actively participated in research to support efforts addressing environmental issues, so I am very interested in eco project!
Also, I have experiences of volunteering at "Child Fund Japan" and short film festivals.

I had a cat when I was little, so I love taking care of animals. If you have any four-legged family members, I would love to get to know them and be friends.
I also have experience living alone, so I can handle various household chores and tasks.

I would like to teach you Japanese language and culture if you are interested ;)

What else ...

I have been living in Japan all my life (I have travelled some countries). Curious about how people around the world live, I decided to register on Workaway. After graduating from university, I started working full-time at the age of 23. However, I developed a desire to engage in international aid work, so I am taking a two-month break starting from June this year to embark on a new challenge. Such extended holidays are quite rare in Japan! I see it as a fantastic opportunity and plan to spend these two months traveling in Europe, hoping to make new friends along the way!
