Greetings and salutations, everyone!

We are Matilde and Massimo, a couple from Vicenza, a lovely city next to Venice. We are easy-going and open-minded and we enjoy new adventures a lot.
We both have many years of experience in the hospitality industry and have developed work and volunteering experience abroad.

We both love to be sorrounded by nature and being in contact with animals. We are really curious about life, nature, and the different cultures around this amazing world. We have had the pleasure of visiting many countries, and luckily the'll be many more to discover in the future.
We believe that "The simpler, the better" is the best lifestyle, as the simplest things are the ones giving the most powerful emotions.

Matilde takes care of others, and when she takes on a commitment or starts a job, she always completes it with dedication and precision (Massimo says:).

Matilde has professional background in the hospitality industry and some experience as touristic guide for a brewery. She also worked as a waitress and bartender, and she holds a beer sommelier diploma. She spent a few months in Ireland for an internship in a brewery and as workawayer in a wellness centre. . While she worked in a tool shop, she also received training to use the following tools: welders, drills, and she is capable of basic DIY.
Being able to interact with children is something Matilde enjoys a lot, she has plenty of experience in babysitting and teaching at an elementary school.

Massimo is a Professional Chef and a Musician too. He has a diploma in culinary arts and he worked in UK for 2 years as a Chef in a modern Italian restaurant.
Upon returning to Italy, he worked in various dining establishments, specializing in vegetarian/vegan cuisine and managing several restaurants and canteens.
Massimo is passionate about music and enjoys studying and teaching music theory, producing digital tracks and playing drums and other instruments.
