¡Hola! Recientemente he dejado el trabajo en el que estaba para poder imaginarme otra formas de vivir, más cercanas a la tierra y a la vida en comunidad, y hacer cosas que siempre quise hacer, tipo vivir en Italia una temporada :)
Tengo 32 años y llevo años trabajando en el mundo de la educación, formando y acompañando a docentes. También tengo experiencia en dinamización de la zona rural. Actualmente me estoy formando para ser profe de yoga.
Estos meses quiero, entre otras cosas, profundizar en mis conocimientos de permacultura, vida sostenible, bricolaje e italiano. También entender cómo sobrevivir en la vida rural y disfrutar conociendo a nuevas personas con las que comparta intereses.

Hello! I recently left my job to imagine other ways of living, closer to the land and community life, and to do things I’ve always wanted to do, like living in Italy for a while :)
I’m 32 years old and have been working in education for years, training and supporting teachers. I also have experience in rural community development. Right now, I’m training to become a yoga teacher.
In the coming months, I want to deepen my knowledge in permaculture, sustainable living, DIY, and Italian. I also want to understand how to survive in rural life and enjoy meeting new people who share similar interests

Aunque soy primeriza en Workaway, he colaborado como voluntaria en varios proyectos ecorurales y comunitarios en LATAM y España ayudando en lo que se necesitara: desde pequeños arreglos en la casa, a reconstruir un tejado con plantas, así como ayudar en la logística y dinamizar actividades para eventos con externos que tenían lugar en el proyecto.
Tengo experiencia creando, junto con mi padre, un bosque comestible de 2 hectáreas y colaborando en cuidar la huerta familiar. Hace un par de años hice un curso de agricultura regenerativa. También he hecho pequeños trabajos de revestimientos con madera y restauración de muebles.
He trabajado varios años en hostelería, aunque estudié un grado en Educación, con especialidad en la enseñanza de idiomas (inglés y español), y llevo años dando formaciones y acompañando a docentes con foco en la equidad y justicia social.
Tengo experiencia en la gestión de grupos y proyectos. Soy una persona proactiva y sociable, me encanta conocer gente nueva y aprender de ellas, aunque disfruto de los momentos en soledad.
Actualmente tengo por delante unos meses de excedencia y estoy estudiando para ser profe de yoga.

Although I’m new to Workaway, I’ve volunteered in various eco-rural and community projects in LATAM and Spain, helping wherever needed: from small repairs around the house to rebuilding a roof with plants, as well as assisting with logistics and organizing activities for external events held at the project.
I have experience creating, with my father, a 2-hectare edible forest and helping care for the family vegetable garden. A couple of years ago, I took a regenerative agriculture course. I’ve also done small tasks like plastering with wood and restoring furniture.
I’ve worked for several years in hospitality, although I studied a degree in Education, specializing in language teaching (English and Spanish), and I’ve spent years delivering training and supporting teachers with a focus on equity and social justice.
I have experience in group and project management. I’m a proactive and sociable person, I love meeting new people and learning from them, although I also enjoy moments of solitude.
Currently, I’m taking a few months off and studying to become a yoga teacher.
