Hey I'm Michael from the UK. I'm a student studying Economics in Vancouver, Canada and I'm currently travelling before I go on exchange at the Universität Konstanz. I love going on hikes, being in nature, meeting new people and exploring the world.

Over the past two summers, I've been using Workaway and Couchsurfing to go all around central Europe, including Switzerland, Denmark, the Czech Republic and Germany. I love hiking and running in nature as it helps me appreciate the beauty of the outdoors. I also enjoy skateboarding, deep conversations, as well as swimming in lakes and the sea.

After my exchange, I really want to travel again this summer in Europe with my girlfriend, Sophie. I hope to perhaps visit countries I've never been to yet and check out interesting local opportunities :-). I'm also pretty outgoing and I love to meet new people.

I am very friendly, open-minded, flexible and easy to talk to. I'd be happy to help teach people English and I'm looking to improve my French and German.

I am a student studying International Economics in Vancouver, Canada and I love working with new people. I speak fluent English, Intermediate French, and I'm currently trying to improve my German.

I have experience doing DIY tasks through my previous workaways, and I have no trouble lifting heavy objects or helping leave the place clean and tidy. I also have some experience in Excel and Data Science with R, and I'm currently working on building a website with Wordpress.

I love cooking and I am a very active person, so I'd also be happy to do work that involves more manual labour. I am flexible and have strong communication skills, which allows me to adapt to any environment.

I love playing sports - specifically tennis, running and cycling. I also enjoy doing martial arts, and I've recently started doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I like to read about and discuss current events, and I am someone who wants to explore all aspects of life and connect with people on new and interesting topics.
