Hi! I'm nearing the end of my four years at the University of Bristol where I have studied both Zoology and Science Communication. Before I settle down somewhere I’m really keen to travel, meet new people and explore different ways of living.
While I love the bustling city life that comes with being at university, I grew up in rural countryside (both in England and Scotland) so I have a deep appreciation for nature, quiet and open space. I enjoy the best of both worlds and feel at home in either setting
I’ve always loved being outdoors and love working with both animals and children. I’ve had lots of experience caring for both over the years and I genuinely enjoy it. Horse riding is a particular love of mine, so any opportunity to spend time with horses is always a big plus!
I’d describe myself as friendly, easygoing and hardworking. I love being social and spending time with others but I’m also happy in my own company and enjoy working independently. I'm always keen to learn something new, help out wherever I can and make the most of each experience.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places, running and spending time with friends. I’m excited to visit new parts of the world, learn about different cultures and hopefully find a place that feels like home for a while.Interests

More details about your skills
I have plenty of experience in animal care. I have looked after horses, goats, cows, sheep, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits. I also study Zoology at the University of Bristol so wildlife is of great interest to me.
I also have lots of experience in childcare. I have babysat for many families and feel confident in caring for children unaccompanied.
I have also had a job waitressing for a local pub so I am aware of how these establishments function.
My parents are currently renovating a house in Scotland so I have spent time working in the garden - driving tractors, weeding, mowing lawns etc.Age

What else ...
I love horse riding and any opportunity to do this would be greatly appreciated. Any sort or animal care is appealing to me - as long as it doesn't involve me being alone with snakes!
I'm not the best but I do love to paint and I would enjoy having a go at any craft.
I also love to read: my favourite book is "The song of Achilles". I listen to music a lot and would be interested in other peoples music tastes.
I like to play card games with my family at Christmas and with my friends at university. Some more information
