Description

Having received an international education and being quadrilingual, I have always had a real interest in other cultures and countries.

Opening up to the world is a way for me to get out of my comfort zone and learn to adapt to different environments and situations. I am therefore particularly interested in helping as a workawayer in an (preferably multicultural) environment that is completely different than mine, here in Belgium

My volunteering experiences in Iceland and Spain led me to work in the field of nature conservation and animal care and one of my student jobs to help disadvantaged children. Doing activities that have a positive impact on our world and environment is fundamental to me. This is also why I'm also so motivated about persuing my studies, in health engineering sector.

I've learned to get some gardeing skills thanks to my two years of gardening as a student job. Since I practice sport every day, doing a work that require physical effort doesn't bother me at all, I would even say that, if it's outside, in nature, I would absolutely love doing physical work!
I'm currently studying engineering, in the health sector. There, I've learned, next to the scholar things, to handle groups (also group projects) and to turn work into something that we like, this helps to persevere.
During my last two volunteerings in Iceland and Bilbao, i've learned particulary how to handle stressfull situations, to adapt myself, to open even more my mindset thanks to the multicultral groups, and way more.


And in general, I am known to easely adapt myself to different situations and to be a quick learner.
