Hi!
We are Lotte (27) and Walter (28) from the Netherlands. We are a couple looking for a nice Workaway experience in Norway to enjoy the beautiful nature and culture. We love being active outdoors, whether it's hiking or trail running.
A bit about us:
Lotte
I am a landscape ecologist, and I would love to deepen my understanding of Norwegian language and culture. I studied in Sogndal for six months, and after that experience, I became a big fan of Norway. Because of this, I took a Norwegian language course (up to level B1). However, I didn’t get much practice in speaking during the course, so I would love to improve my conversational skills by immersing myself in the language.
I also really enjoy spending time in nature. I previously did a Workaway on an organic farm in Ireland, where I gained some experience in vegetable gardening. I am eager to learn new skills and excited for new challenges!
Walter
I am a consultant in sustainable energy, and I enjoy sports such as hiking, trail running, and bouldering. While I haven’t participated in Workaway before, I am eager to try it and excited to gain hands-on experience. I am interested in learning carpentry skills, but I am also happy to help with other physical tasks, including farm work.
