Hi all, I'm Lorie, a nature and animal lover and a free spirit 🌸

I graduated as an electrical engineering, but realized it is outside, surrounded by nature and animals that I truly feel like I belong. A few years ago I decided it was time to finally listen to my heart and commit to something I care deeply about.

I've volunteered for many different projects around the world, all of them focusing on protecting animals and nature. I'd love to learn about Permaculture, and I'd also be very interested in experimenting an "off-grid" way of living, as close to nature and respectful of the environment as possible.

I'm an authentic, simple person and I truly feel the urge to participate in something meaningful. I'm a hard worker, a passionate and dedicated person who's eager to learn new things. I'm very easy going, I love going on adventures and meeting new beautiful souls :)

I have a lot of experience taking care of animals, mostly of dogs, but also cats, horses, pigs, donkeys, goats, birds, and even monkeys. Otherwise I have experience collecting environmental data and analysing it on the computer.

I have worked on many other projects, some of them involving gardening, eco-building and teaching, but I still feel like I have a lot to learn. However, I'm a fast learner, with a constant desire to improve and to be useful. I like being active and I'm very dedicated when it comes to a project I care about.

I speak French, English and Spanish (on a more intermediate level).
