Hello everyone,
I've been on a Working Holiday since September 8th for 2 years, and I came to Canada to experience unique encounters and share extraordinary memories!
I'm a former firefighter and paramedic, and in life, I'm passionate about all outdoor activities! Most of my favorite activities take place in the mountains.
I'm quite hands-on and always eager to explore and learn. Despite my young age, I've had the opportunity to engage in various professions, such as landscaping, firefighting, caregiving, leading a youth firefighter association, and working as a salesperson at an outdoor gear store (Mountain Equipment Company).
These diverse roles have granted me a wide range of knowledge that I'm excited to put into practice with new people, and perhaps even learn more along the way!Interests

I am a hands-on and persevering person. My career as a firefighter has allowed me to acquire numerous diverse skills. In France, firefighters (volunteers) are called for almost anything and everything. Despite our well-written texts and procedures, it's often the improvisational method that works. As a result, I have good knowledge of building (electricity, plaster, locksmithing, carpentry, roofing...).
In addition to that, I've pursued several training courses. The first was to become a landscaper. I worked in an exterior design company, not just mowing and maintaining green spaces, but also constructing terraces, verandas, and more.
Also, I had the opportunity to work in the green spaces of the municipality where I lived before, which allowed me to focus solely on landscaping and maintenance.
The second was a physiotherapy course where I began as a nursing assistant. This year complemented my professional skills in personal care. I specialized in assisting people with dementia.
Lastly, I took rock and ice climbing courses, as well as some mountain rescue training. My goal was to become a climbing instructor, so why not pursue that here in Canada?
Currently, I work at Mountain Equipment Company in Longueuil, Quebec, which is a highly rewarding job for me. I get to share knowledge and techniques related to my passions: rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, and outdoor activities in general. I've been fortunate to undergo training in activities I was less familiar with, like cross-country skiing, and to further my expertise through specific training sessions. However, I feel there are more experiences to live and new people to meet during this working holiday visa, which is why I'm here.Age
