We are very open to upgrade our language skills and see it as important to learn the basics of the languages from the countries we stay in. Moreover Laura already taught english and italian in a small language exchange in italy. Roman languages come easily to her by learning by ear.

As certified Coaches we can help to identify strengths and weaknesses, possible jobs and careers, support with gaining knowledge in different areas, such as making decisions, gaining selfworth, setting and following goals, work life balance/stress etc. We can do that one on one or in workshops. We can design workshops according to the wishes of customers and deliver them in an authentic, fun/interactive and helpful way. We are able to speak freely in front of an audience.
Social work and human ressoures
Laura worked 4 years in social work, she is good with children and babies, youth and students.
Lukas main job for 4 years was in human ressources. He is good in administration and projectmanagement.
Organisation & Planning of events
We are both very experienced at organising, planning and holding bigger events. Lukas organised a lot of trainings for the employees in his former company, Laura organised social events for her work as youth pastor as big as 240 people.
Writing, designing, buliding a website
Lukas build websites before and can organise f.e. newsletter programmes. Laura is good at designing flyers and infocards.

Personality
We both have an open and warm personality that helps us take care of others and get in contact with new people easily. We also enjoy learning new skills and are fast and adaptive learners.

What else ...
We like to play all kinds of boardgames and if you have a new one to teach us we love it. In November we're planning to do our open water and advanced diver certificates.
Laura loves animals, reading, swimming, meeting with riends, learning new things and drawing.
Lukas loves reading, building his business as a coach, learning new skills that relate to that, hanging out with friends, doing sports (he loves football)
