Hi, it's Yana & Kénaël :)
We're an international couple, embracing the best of our diverse backgrounds, united by shared values and a thirst for exploration. After completing our European van trip, we're now eager to visit Asia to expand our horizons. Our goal is to deeply immerse ourselves in new cultures, gain knowledge, and make a positive impact in the beautiful places welcoming us.

Despite our completely different backgrounds, we both share a strong desire to help people and contribute to "the greater good," although we're in the early stages of this journey. While we have the intention and will, we're yet to find the right ways to do it. We hope that through Workaway experiences, we can discover meaningful activities that will fulfil us and provide assistance to those in need.

Yana:

Absolutely! We want to go to Japan next year, therefore we would like to learn some basics of Japanese. At the same time, we are happy to teach English! Or practice speaking French/Russian.

# Yana's Superpowers:
Like a good hero, my greatest strengths include adaptability and a strong determination to succeed in my missions. I enjoy finding creative solutions and embracing diverse roles by continuously learning new skills.

● Hospitality Expertise:
2 years of experience in the hospitality sector (5 & 4 stars hotels) at both guest relations and reception departments.

● International Project Management:
3 years of managing international project for both export and tourism (including B2B matchmaking, events coordination and team supervision).

● Teaching English:
2 years of tutoring students (10 to 40 years old) individually and in groups.

# Kenael's shining activities:
I am like a swiss knife, extremely polyvalent and happy to take part in any project where my skills can make a difference!

● Though not a professional builder, I have some experience and understand the basics for most of the construction areas (thanks to building our van myself).

● As a former french military Trainer and Senior Consultant in digital transformation I also have strong skills for teaching, coordinating projects, creating and facilitating events.

Our shared hobbies:
- Cooking is a mutual passion for us, and we both have a deep love for food and a natural knack for creating delicious meals.
- We both appreciate a good board game night, our current favorite is "Munchkin" ;)
- Hikes in the nature, that what gives us both a peace of mind.
- Rock & Swing dancing, not only we enjoy it together, but if you want, we could teach you some basics ! :)
