Hi! We are a happily married couple Marta and Marek. We love to travel, discover and experience new countries. Always actively spending time with friends and family in nature. We are sport enthusiasts, especially paddle boarding and volleyball, but we very much enjoy hiking too.
We have decided to join this community as we feel it’s time to stop wasting precious time and energy on something that doesn’t fulfil us and find a place where we can grow as a couple, create beautiful things and live in peace with nature.

I’m Marta (37) from Poland, but living in Manchester UK since 2005. When I moved to England I have worked in hospitality sector in hotels and at the bar. Later on I have moved to retail sector, as sales assistant, first in travel retail at duty free, later beauty retail for luxury brand. I very much enjoy customer service and my enthusiasm and good work ethic allowed me to climb the management ladder. This experience created opportunity to move to construction sector, where with my husband I was working on large scale renovation project with great success. As pandemic hit and sector slowed down I have gone back to retail and now work in home décor department at B&Q. I enjoy inspiring and helping customers create and improve their living space.
I’m a fitness enthusiast who believe yoga and meditation is the way forward. I take great pleasure in water sports, especially paddle boarding.
I do gardening on daily basis and grow my house plants collection.
In my free time I like to saw and read.
My goal is to learn or do one new thing a day, so currently I’m learning Italian.
I’m able to help with general maintenance, cleaning, DIY projects, gardening, food preparation.

I’m Marek (44) from Poland and living in Manchester UK since 2000. I have over 20 years experience in construction sector - carpentry and joinery. I’m working with UK leading developers in investments both commercial and residential, as well as individuals. I build high spec fully fitted kitchens and bedrooms. I have experience in painting and decorating as well as wood restoration, from floors to furniture. I’m happy to do full house renovation, maintenance , ground work and gardening.
In my free time I enjoy playing volleyball and football, as well as paddle boarding.
I’m a soul of every party with karaoke and poker table.
