Description
We are a couple who recently embarked on a challenging adventure: finding a place to call home. Our goal is to create a community centre, where could offer refreshments, workshops a public space for all.
We want to visit many countries, take the best impressions from everywhere, learn new skills and languages with the overarching goal of returning something to the world we live in.
We are a curious couple, very aware of the challenges ahead and ready to work hard to achieve our goals. We see Workaway as an amazing opportunity to experience a different culture, meet new and exciting people and learn helpful skills for the future.
We both have academic backgrounds, our swords are our tongues (language), and we are eager to get our hands dirty.Interests

More details about your skills
I have a diverse set of skills that range from languages to scuba diving and video editing.
In fact I speak 4 languages fluently and know Russian sufficiently well, having hitchhiked through the country on my own. I also know how to write them, as I have written a short novel on my own and enjoy writing scripts for short films.
During my studies I have learned the academic approach to learning (systematically and autonomously) and have a good understanding of formatting and the usual Office programs.
Thanks to my last workplace, I have entered the world of Erasmus+ programmes: I have written and implemented a European Youth project for 50 people in Georgia on the Energy Transition. This was a wonderful and exhausting bureaucratic and social experience, especially since the project included some amounts of spontaneous and improvised decision-making (in agreement with the rest of the team).
Furthermore, I have ample experience in outdoors work, as I have cautiously taken care of a vegetable garden. I do not only know how to plant and harvest plant, but also know how to treat hedges and bushes, and know how to cut back trees.
There is virtually nothing I couldn't do or couldn't learn. I am open-minded and eager to absorb new knowledge and learn new skills.Age
