Hey!:)
I’m Klara, a 23-year-old from the Swedish west coast with a big passion for people, culture and communication. I recently graduated in journalism and have worked as a reporter and editor. Previously I have also worked as a waitress, a shop assistant and at a school with children for shorter periods of time.

I’m curious, social and love trying new things—whether it’s learning a new language, exploring a new city, or helping out in a new work environment. I’ve lived in both the U.S. and Italy, and I’m now looking for my next adventure abroad—maybe with you!

I’m open to working in childcare, hospitality, communications or anything people-focused. Most of all, I’d love the chance to contribute while learning from your culture and community. I am looking for something starting in the end of August/beginning of September.

I’ve worked as a journalist, researcher, editor, web publisher, shop assistant, waitress and school assistant. These experiences have made me adaptable, fast-learning and comfortable in dynamic environments. I’m passionate about people, languages and stories—something that led me to live and study in both the U.S. and Italy.

Most recently, I worked as a reporter and web editor at Bohusläningen, a Swedish local newspaper, where I handled everything from breaking news and writing to headline creation, image selection and digital publishing. During my internship at Rundfunk Media in Stockholm, I took part in podcast production from start to finish—research, scripting, editing, and managing social media campaigns for institutions like Sweden’s Museum of the Holocaust.

I am open to most accomodations, but have experience working in service, communications or as an aupair. As I have previously worked at a school with afternoon activities for children aged 6-12, as well as have 5 younger siblings aged 21 - 1 I have a lot of experience taking care of children of all ages. I love trying new things and learning about different cultures.
