Hello :-)
I am Kira and 28 years old.
I am new to workaway but not new in traveling and volunteering!
I have traveled a lot around Asia and Europe. Also I spend a year working as an Au Pair in Australia :-)
I love traveling with my backpack, getting to know new people, adventures and cultures!
At home I work as a pediatric nurse. Also I am a physiotherapist. Means that I do enjoy everything around health, our bodies and movements. Next to that I love spending time outside and in nature!
Maja and I will be traveling together for the next few month. We want to travel Kenya, Uganda and Ruanda and then make our way down to South Africa! Maja was born in South Africa and spend the first 4 years of her life there.
During our travels we would like to volunteer every now and then to help, get to know the culture and meet new people.
Maja has been traveling a lot, also volunteered for a few month in south africa. She loves the outdoors and sports, cooking and spending time with her friends.
Maja also is a physiotherapist and studies medicine at the moment. We used to live together during our physiotherapy studies and have been traveling together a few times. We both work in health care and would be happy to share our knowledge with you and learn from you!
