Hi, I am a student at the University of Glasgow currently studying aerospace engineering. I grew working hard on construction sites, wanting to always learn. I want to travel and meet new people as a way of expanding my scope of the world, I would love to improve in other languages and skills. I recently went travelling around Greece it was my first time doing anything like that so to have a opportunity to see more of the world while helping hosts sounds fantastic.

I have been learning French off and on for around two/three years, my French is very basic haven taken two courses in it previously. Though conversational is very poor, I can have an understanding of topics being spoken but struggle with in depth conversation. I am wanting to improve my French, whilst maybe helping others with their English

I worked on construction sites for 2 years doing everything from labouring, basic joinery, ground work and general cleaning/maintenance. Also, I have worked as yard staff in a building supplies for 2 years developing an understanding of all materials and using them. My degree in engineering provides the ability to solve problems, I am not shy of working hard and being put against a tough challenge. In my degree also I am involved with a lot of technical computer programs and understanding.

I have interest in chess, watches, sports specifically football. I have an interest in learning about wine though I do not know a lot about this subject, maybe its something I could improve meeting and talking to new people.
